I believe everyone should read this book! As a Christian, I found this book to be surprising, interesting, and hopeful. It was an easy read, yet challenged me to think deeply. The author has a way of simplifying high level concepts, meeting the readers where we are at. After reading a few chapters I became more aware of old patterns and areas I need to heal. It gives structure and tangible steps to begin self healing, including free audio meditations. A main theme of this reading is to connect with yourself and trust the messages you receive to guide you forward.
